1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QRMint ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QRMint is a web-based QR code generator that operates entirely within your browser. The Service allows you to create, customize, and download QR codes. All processing occurs client-side; no data is uploaded to our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not generate QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
  • Not use the Service to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

The QR codes you generate using QRMint are yours to use as you see fit. The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Cashew Crate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that QR codes generated will be scannable in all conditions or by all devices. Users are responsible for testing their QR codes before deployment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashew Crate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cashew Crate operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
